The Memory Match Game from HELM Games does not collect ANY data on its users. There are no tracking mechanisms or personal data collected. The app does contain approved ads which should be appropriate for all ages. 

The app does contain third-party advertisements. It is possible for the third party to collect generic information about the device and how the app is used. However, since the app collects no personal data there should be no risk to a user's personal information. The third-party data privacy policy can be found here. There is also a way for a user to request their data to be deleted via the third-party privacy policy site.
